If I could give zero stars I would. Had a recall on my car. Scheduled a week out. Left my car on the day of appointment. Got a phone call an hour later..they did not have the parts to fix the recall. When asked why they were not ordered on the day the appointment was made. "Oh, that was a scheduler that called you. I didn't even know you were going to be here today, to be honest" Not only a waste of my time, but the time of the person that I had to have ...

I took my Pathfinder in for 15000 mile oil change, etc., and also had the inside detailed. Dacoda Guy is the service person I usually work with and he is awesome!!!! He is always very helpful and extremely courteous. My car looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor!!!! I highly recommend Dacoda Guy and Dutch Miller Nissan.

Brought my Nissan truck in for a break job and oil change. It lasted about 6 months before I had to take it somewhere else to have it checked. Dutch Miller charged me for new rotors and brake bleed and never did either. Im having the oil filter and oil checked next, I'll leave another review if they didn't do that correctly. I will also be contacting Nissan Corporate. Please check to make sure they do the repairs that they are charging you for. I would recommend you don't go here at all. Pathetic.

My beloved Kicks was totaled earlier this month. As I've purchased my last 3 vehicles from, formerly Bill Gatton Nissan, I wanted to stay with the same dealership, obviously. Dutch Miller has wonderful salespersons on staff just like BG did. I met Brian Riddell while looking and from minute 1, he was very attentive and helpful and most importantly, NOT pushy! He showed us several different used cars allowing us to test drive our 2 favorite ones. Brian is a new employee and if he didn't have an answer to one of our questions, he would research to find it! I was quoted one price that was high and when I checked out it was almost $200 more and dealerships wonder why ppl don't bring their cars in to have them serviced. I worked in SD before I know how the pricing works but truck will be serviced somewhere different next time.

Salesman was great but the one about financing/manager was stressful Manager kept me waiting and then said he didn't know how to reverse a charge on my debit card because I needed to use my credit card instead, I had to drive back to dealership And work with another manager to get it on my credit card

Service was an easy in easy out experience and I was notified of something that may need attention ... I declined for now however, after examining my invoice, I did not see the recommendation on my service order and My multi point inspection showed everything to be in perfect condition So I was a little concerned that a technician perhaps was just adding more work to be done to boost sales ...I certainly hope that's note the case I've been worn Nissan for years and would never take my business elsewhere because of the women that ran the service ...

Normally I receive a document of everything which was checked and the health of fluids or filters, lights, etc. I didn't receive that and I brought my car in expecting my radiator fluid to be filled since it was low, but it was untouched. The service took more than an hour.

Work was done timely and as was recommended at initial visit ( no 'extras') I will be back

Everything went smoothly except what I had to pay was $20 more than the estimate even though nothing changed about the actual work done. The rep explained that the estimates don't include parts. That's a dumb way to do an estimate, and it's confusing at the least and very frustrating for the customer.
